Registration fee
WHAT THE FEES INCLUDE
Fees for in-person attendance include:
- Attendance in all scientific sessions
- Congress materials
- Access to the Exhibition Area
- Refreshments during scheduled
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment of participation fees in IDR can be completed via the online registration system using the following methods:
- additional 3.5% handling fee will be applied.
- Bank Transfer: Participants must transfer the full amount. Any bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.

Important Notes:
- Please ensure that the meeting name and participant’s name are clearly stated on the bank transfer.
- Bank charges must be paid at source, in addition to the registration fee.
- Registration is considered valid only after full payment is received by the registration department according to the stated deadline. A confirmation email will be issued once payment is verified.
- Outstanding payments not settled within the specified deadline will be automatically cancelled. Participants will need to submit a new registration, and the prevailing rate at the time of re-registration will apply.

- Online payment is available only for Visa and Mastercard
- All transactions are processed through our payment gateway (iPay88)
- A fee of 3% will be added to the total amount
- A confirmation email will be sent automatically once the payment is successful
