Presentation Guidelines
- For accepted oral presentation:
- Oral presentations will be carried in English.
- The presentation must be carried in PowerPoint.
- Slides must be clear and visually appealing
- It is encouraged to use graphs and images to enhance the viewer’s understanding
- Each presenting author must submit their presentation file at the assigned time (to be announced later) on a USB flash drive. The file will be transferred to the committee’s computer in the assigned room.
- A laptop will be provided for presentation purposes.
- Each presenter may check their presentation file during the coffee or lunch break prior to the session to ensure that their slides are compatible and can be displayed on the available devices.
- The presentation must not exceed 12 minutes in duration and will be followed by 3 minutes of question and answer session.
- For accepted poster presentation:
- Poster presentations will be carried out in English.
- The standard poster for the congress must be A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) size in vertical layout
- Posters must include the title, authors’ names and affiliations at the top, with a large enough font size to be readable from a distance.
- Each participant is required to bring their own printed poster to the Congress. The committee will not provide any printing services. All equipment for poster installation will be provided by the committee.
- All posters should be clear, concise, and visually engaging.
- The poster may be installed on the provided board as early as 7:00 AM on the morning of your presentation session.
- The presentation must not exceed 3 minutes and will be followed by a 1-2 minutes of question and answer session
- Submission of the e-poster is required for archiving purposes at the latest on 30th July 2026. Further details on poster file submission will be provided.
Review Process
- All submissions will be reviewed by the Committee and evaluated based on their relevance to the topic, clarity of results, originality of their work, and scientific implications.
- Accepted abstracts will be categorised for poster or oral presentation.
