General Submission Rules

  • Abstracts must be submitted online through the official website and received by the announced deadline. Any abstract submitted through other means or past the deadline will not be accepted.
  • Each person may submit up to 4 abstracts, regardless of whether they are the presenting author.
  • Each person may serve as the presenting author for one symposium session and either an additional poster or an oral presentation.
  • All of the listed authors must acknowledge the content of the abstract before submission.
  • By submitting the abstract, all authors are made aware that acceptance will be for the official Congress publications and may be published by the Congress under the original authors’ name.
  • During the submission process, the submitter must provide clear details on each author’s information, including:
  • Full first and family name(s)
  • Email address
  • Affiliations: department, institution/hospital, city, country
  • Phone number (completed with country’s phone code)
  • All abstracts must be written in English and stay within the topic lists.
  • Session and Abstracts’ title must be clear and concise, written in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) in BOLD using Times New Roman font, 14 pt, centred. Avoid abbreviations or jargons in the title. The contents must be written the same font, 12 pt, justified.
  • Any conflict of interest must be clearly stated by the submitters in the submission form.
  • Each submission must be original and not have been previously published or presented at another conference.
  • Abstracts should not contain commercial or promotional material, and only the generic name of drugs is permitted.
  • Patient’s name and other sensitive information should be concealed to protect patient confidentiality
  • A submission confirmation will be received via email. Please contact the committee if a confirmation has not been received within 24 hours of submission. Do not submit the same abstract multiple times.
