Oral Presentation/Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines
Deadline: 30th June 2026, 23.59 (GMT +7)
- Oral/Poster presentations are open to students, researchers, clinicians, and academics in mental health.
- Submitted abstracts must describe the authors’ original work. We welcome submissions across a range of formats, including:
- Original research (including but not limited to trials, cohort, case-control, cross-sectional, qualitative studies)
- Case reports and case series
- Study protocols and methods or validation studies (instrument development, psychometrics)
- Reviews (systematic, scoping, narrative) and meta-analyses
- Please provide an abstract with a maximum of 250 words, excluding the title, authors’ details, and references.
- Each submitter must clearly indicate their preferred presentation type, whether the abstract is intended for oral or poster presentation.
- Abstracts should be written clearly and structured using the following headings:
- Background
- Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- References
- Keywords (each abstract may submit up to 5 keywords)
- The presenting author must be registered as a participant to the Congress
