Session Proposal Submission Guidelines
Deadline: 30th May 2026, 23.59 (GMT +7)
- Please provide a session abstract (max 250 words) describing the main topic of the symposium, who will participate as speakers and chairs of the symposium, as well as the topics that they will address.
- The main topic of the session must align with the committee’s listed topics to ensure relevance.
- Each proposal must include:

- Each proposal must include:
- All speakers and moderators must be registered as a participant to the Congress
- Each symposium session should include 3-4 speakers and 1 chair, and the session must not exceed 90 minutes.
- The chairperson will serve as the session moderator and may also participate as a speaker.
- Only a maximum of two people in the proposed symposium session may be from the same country of origin. Session proposals with 3 or more speakers/chairs originating from the same country will be invalid and will not be considered.
- The proposal submission must be uploaded by the chairperson.
